The tenant has high-quality 120m² living space at his disposal as well as a warm 65m² garage / storage in the basement with ski maintenance facilities. The first floor of Villa Lompolo has open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas, as well as a bedroom. The first floor living areas include an alcove with a single sofa bed. The first floor also has a combined utility room and bathroom, sauna and one toilet. The loft has a double bed and a remote workstation. Upstairs there is also an additional separate bedroom for two and a second toilet.

Living quarters and equipment

Villa Lompolo is located right in the center of Äkäslompolo, just a stone's throw away from local services. For example, Jouni´s shopping center as well as numerous nature trails and ski trails are only a short walk away. The unique location allows you to experience all that Lapland has to offer without your own car.

The utility room has a washing machine and a drying cabinet. The utility room also serves as a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The glass wall separates the sauna from the bathroom. The sauna is equipped with a famous IKI electric heater. The bathroom has direct access to the front terrace to cool off. There are separate toilets upstairs and downstairs

Villa Lompolo has a balcony facing Lake Äkäslompolo. From the balcony you can admire the aurora borealis in winter and the midnight sun in summer. The loft opens onto a French balcony from which you can admire the mountain scenery.
